Some great articles and reviews around the web today on Rachel Rising, and Echo’s comiXology debut.
Kotaku.com included Rachel Rising #6 in a short list of “Six Comics That Will Make You Rethink Your Place In The World”.
I spill the beans on everything in this new interview at Newsarama.
Doc Curmudgeon at WizardWorld curbs his wrath when it comes to Rachel Rising. This review made me laugh. Funny guy.
Page 45 looks at Rachel Rising #1 through the eyes of a true scholar.
Horror Haven Reviews endorses Rachel Rising on comiXology. Note: since the article came out a few days ago, the release date of Rachel’s first TPB, titled The Shadow Of Death, has been delayed a couple of weeks. This trade is already on my webstore though, if you’d like to get a print copy now, today, immediately.
Broken Frontier notes Echo’s digital debut with some very nice words from comiXology CEO and co-founder David Steinberger. Thank you, David.
And, just in case you missed it, The AfterEllen.com Huddle included a memorable scene from Strangers In Paradise in its short list of Best Kisses. The amazing thing is, Francine and Katchoo’s lip-lock was the only one not from a movie. Forgive me for being 12 years old but, that’s awesome!
These are just the ones I have seen personally. If you find more, please let me know and I will repost. Articles, reviews and word of mouth are all the advertising I have. My work rises or falls on the power of the people to pass it on. It’s been a great ride so far and I’m still here, working, because of you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for my career. Every time I sit down to make a new book I feel the responsibility to do my best work ever for you. With your support and a steady supply of Diet Coke, I will keep trying!
OHHH!!! Return of Katchoo?! Hell yah!

I am buying all your Rachel Rising comics and trades as well as the completed Echo at a brick and motar store.
I have every issue, trade, the treasury of my beloved SIP! It helped me get through the tough times whenever I read the comics. The high school issues and issue 90 are my favorite issues.
My favorite comic character (and I’ve read a lot of comics) is my idol- Katchoo Choovanski! I can’t wait to see Kat and Fran again and hopefully some little children too. -_^ I just hope I can make it to 2013!
I love your work, Terry and for years have recommended you and SIP to my friends, customers and anyone who loves great artwork and stories that will change your life.
Thank God, for that day in 1993, when I tried an unknown mini-series called “Strangers In Paradise”.
Thank you Elena! It’s great you have been with me since the beginning! I have a lot planned for the next year, I hope you will enjoy all the new books coming your way!
Thank you so much, Terry! I had just had to share my love of your work and the enjoyment it has brought into my life! I just received the utimate collection of ECHO and The Shadow of Death in Rachel Rising. I love your How to Draw series-my comic shop is sold out of all the titles except “How to draw Beautiful,” I love the way you draw Kat and Fran in the beautiful syle of Alphonse Muscha ( I know I’m spelling the artist’s name wrong but I hope you know who I’m talking about:) Of course, I snapped up the copy!
